1. Agreement

By accessing or purchasing from beanlytics.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our site. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access the site.

2. Products

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes — slight variations in packaging may occur. We roast to order, so roast dates will be close to your shipping date.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where shown. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Apple Pay. Your card is charged at the time of order placement.

4. Orders

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — it confirms we received it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product availability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier. See our Shipping Policy for full details on rates, timelines, and lost package procedures.

6. Returns and refunds

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not accept returns. However we stand behind our quality:

• –If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
• –If you are unsatisfied with the quality of your coffee, contact us and we will make it right.
• –Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. Subscriptions

Subscription plans renew automatically on your chosen billing cycle. You may pause, skip, or cancel at any time from your account page. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing cycle. We will send a reminder email before each renewal.

8. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Beanlytics Roasters and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Canadian law, Beanlytics Roasters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
