Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Roasted within 1 business day of your order and shipped within 2–4 business days. Standard shipping within Canada takes 2–10 business days after that. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping across Canada.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they enter our roasting queue and cannot be changed. Contact us at info@beanlytics.com immediately.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Canada only. International shipping is on our roadmap.
Coffee & Roasting
When is the coffee roasted?
Every bag is roasted to order — nothing is roasted before you buy it and nothing sits in a warehouse. Roasted within 1 business day of your order and shipped within 2–4 business days.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep it in the sealed bag in a cool, dark place. Avoid the fridge — the humidity cycle damages coffee. Consume within 4 weeks of the roast date for best flavor.
What grind size should I use?
It depends on your brew method. Espresso uses fine, pour-over uses medium-fine, French press uses coarse. We recommend grinding fresh for every brew.
What does 'single origin' mean?
Single origin coffee comes from one specific farm, co-operative, or region. This lets us trace exactly where your coffee came from and maintain consistent quality standards.
Subscriptions
How does the subscription work?
Choose your plan, frequency, and grind preference. Beanlytics roasts and ships on your schedule. You can skip, pause, or cancel at any time with no fees.
Can I switch coffees each delivery?
Yes — subscribers get early access to new single origins and can swap their selection before each shipment.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Log into your account, go to Subscriptions, and click Cancel. No questions asked. Or email us and we'll handle it within 24 hours.
Wholesale
What is the minimum order for wholesale?
Our wholesale program starts at 5kg per month. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
Do you offer custom roast profiles?
Yes, for café and roastery partners we can develop custom roast profiles tailored to your equipment and service style.
