Processing time
All coffee is roasted to order. We roast Monday through Friday and typically ship within 1–2 business days of your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, weather, or peak periods.
Where we ship
We currently ship within Canada only. International shipping is not available at this time. We are working on expanding — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the shipping confirmation.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated window, please contact us at info@beanlytics.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund your order. Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.
Incorrect address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error immediately after ordering, contact us right away — we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
Subscriptions
All active subscription orders include free standard shipping, regardless of order value. Subscription orders follow the same roast-to-order and processing schedule as one-time purchases.
