Beanlytics was born from a simple obsession: what if you treated every variable in the coffee chain as a data point to optimise? Turns out, great coffee is the answer.
Where it started
Our founder spent years in tech analytics before the smell of a perfectly extracted espresso sent him down a different path. The question wasn't “why does good coffee taste good” — it was “what exactly makes it good, and how do we replicate that every single time?”
Beanlytics is the answer to that question. Based in Vancouver, BC, we source directly from farms we visit, roast on a transparent profile, and publish every data point we collect — because you deserve to know what's in your cup.

The Journey
Founded in a Vancouver garage with one drum roaster and a spreadsheet obsession.
First direct-trade relationship with Kayon Mountain Farm, Ethiopia.
Launched Beanlytics subscription — 200 members in the first month.
Moved into our roastery in East Van. Added 6 origin partners.
Wholesale program launched. Now serving 40+ cafés across BC.
Headless e-commerce rebuild. Better data, better coffee, better experience.
