Return & Refund Policy

Returns & exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on roasted coffee within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in new, unopened condition with the original seal intact. This applies to both defective and non-defective products.

To start a return or exchange, email info@beanlytics.com with your order number. We will email you a prepaid return shipping label to download and print — return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee. Once we receive the product back in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship your exchange.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will reship the correct item or issue a full refund — no return shipment required.

Order cancellations

Online orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed, provided the order has not yet entered production. Once roasting has begun, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

To request a cancellation, email info@beanlytics.com with your order number. No price adjustments apply to existing orders.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders become non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed for production. To avoid being charged for an upcoming delivery, you must pause or cancel your subscription before the production date shown in your account dashboard.

You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time before the next production cycle through your account or by contacting us. Once a subscription order has shipped, it is eligible for the standard 7-day return policy above if the product remains unopened.

Lost or damaged packages

If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@beanlytics.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and either reship or refund your order. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

Refund details

  • Refund processing time: Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Restocking fee: None — there is no restocking fee on eligible returns.
  • Return label: A return shipping label will be provided for you to download and print.
  • Return shipping cost: Free — there is no charge for return shipping.
