Leaves our roastery within 2–4 business days of your order, with a tracking email the moment it does. Canada-wide delivery takes 2–10 business days after that, depending on where you are.

Each bag ships with a brew guide and ratio cheat sheet tuned to the coffee inside. Beanlytics uses customer feedback to refine roast profiles — email anytime to share what's working.

Which coffees will I receive?
We rotate single-origin coffees based on what we're most excited about sourcing — Ethiopia, Colombia, Ecuador, Brazil, El Salvador, Guatemala, Rwanda, Honduras, Costa Rica, and Sumatra. You'll always know the farm, process, and harvest year. Tell us your flavor profile (fruity, chocolatey, or balanced) at sign-up and we'll prioritise accordingly.
What's the difference between Monthly and Prepaid?
Monthly ($47 per shipment) gives you full flexibility — cancel anytime. Prepaid lets you pay once for 3, 6, or 12 months at a significant discount, from $16.50 per bag on the 12-month plan, 4 bags per delivery. Same coffee, same freshness guarantee, same free shipping. Prepaid also makes an excellent gift.
Can I pause or skip a delivery?
Yes. One click in your account dashboard. No phone call, no penalty. Pause as long as you need — your subscription resumes exactly where it left off.
What if I don't love the coffee?
Email us and we'll refund your first bag. No return needed. We'd rather earn your trust for a second shipment than lose you over one we didn't nail.
When does my coffee ship?
Roasted within 1 business day of your order and shipped within 2–4 business days. Your bag never ships before it is roasted, and you get a tracking email the moment it leaves our roastery in Richmond, BC.
Do you ship across Canada?
Yes — anywhere in Canada. Local delivery across Metro Vancouver is free with no minimum, and everywhere else ships free on orders over $50.
Is Prepaid a good gift?
One of the best. A 3-month prepaid plan arrives as a gift-ready experience. The recipient sets their own flavor profile and delivery schedule. No subscription commitment on their end.
