🚚 Returns, Cancellations & Order Support

Cancellations

  • Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After that point, once your order enters production (roasting/packing), we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.

  • To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please email us at Info@beanlytics.com.

  • We do not offer price adjustments on previously placed orders.


Subscriptions

  • Confirmed subscription orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed for production.

  • Please make sure to update or pause your upcoming subscription orders before the production date to avoid unwanted shipments.


Merchandise & Gear

  • Merch and brewing gear can be returned within 15 days of purchase, as long as it’s unused and in unopened original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Refunds are processed once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Pickup Orders

  • Pickup orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement.

  • Unclaimed pickup orders are not eligible for refund. We’ll send a reminder the following week for pickup.

  • If you’d like your pickup order shipped, standard shipping rates will apply unless your order meets the free shipping minimum.


Roasted Coffee

Because we roast everything fresh to order, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds on roasted coffee.
