Cancellations
Online orders can be canceled within 24 hours of being placed. After that point, once your order enters production (roasting/packing), we’re unable to make changes or cancel it.
To request a cancellation within the 24-hour window, please email us at Info@beanlytics.com.
We do not offer price adjustments on previously placed orders.
Subscriptions
Confirmed subscription orders are non-cancellable and non-refundable once confirmed for production.
Please make sure to update or pause your upcoming subscription orders before the production date to avoid unwanted shipments.
Roasted Coffee
Because we roast everything fresh to order, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds on roasted coffee.
