When will my coffee ship?
All of our coffee is roasted fresh to order. Orders placed before 12:00 AM (PST) are processed starting the next business day.
Handling time: 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri).
Transit time: 2–7 business days (Mon–Sat).
For small-batch orders, we aim to deliver within 3–11 business days across the Vancouver Lower Mainland (free delivery) and ship nationwide anywhere in Canada for a flat $8 rate.
Orders $50+ ship free across Canada (including outside the Lower Mainland).
Wholesale orders are prioritized and often delivered even faster—we’ll always do our best to meet your timeline.
My order says fulfilled, but I don’t see tracking updates?
Once you receive a fulfillment email, your order has been roasted, packed, and labeled for shipping. It may still be waiting for carrier pickup. No worries — carriers pick up from us daily, so it’ll be on its way shortly!
I entered the wrong address!
Please double-check your order confirmation. If you spot an error, contact us right away at Info@Beanlytics.com so we can update it before we roast your coffee.
👉 Note: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Any costs related to incorrect address delivery will be at the customer’s expense.
Carriers & Delivery Times
Vancouver Lower Mainland: Free delivery within 3-11 business days.
Canada-wide: $8 flat shipping rate. Typically arrives within 3-11 business days depending on location.
We work with FedEx, Canada Post, and other carriers to get your coffee to you as quickly and safely as possible.
A few notes:
Once your package leaves our roastery, shipping delays, lost packages, or misdeliveries are beyond our control.
Use your tracking number to check status updates directly with the carrier.
