Ordering
Where can I buy Beanlytics coffee?
Beanlytics is available online through our website. We don’t offer in-person sales or pickup.
When will my order be processed?
All coffee is roasted fresh to order. Orders placed before 12:00 AM (PST) are processed starting the next business day.
How long does it take to ship?
Handling time is 1–4 business days (Mon–Fri), and transit time is 2–7 business days (Mon–Sat).
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you contact us quickly, we’ll do our best to help before your order is roasted/packed or shipped. Once it’s in progress, changes may not be possible.
Shipping & delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes—shipping is free within Metro Vancouver.
What does shipping cost outside Metro Vancouver?
Outside Metro Vancouver, shipping is a flat rate of $8 for orders under $50.
Do you offer local pickup?
No, we do not offer pickup at this time.
Do you ship on weekends/holidays?
Orders are handled Monday to Friday. Transit times are Monday to Saturday, depending on the carrier and destination.
Subscriptions
Do you offer subscriptions?
Yes—our subscription is a rotating option and is priced lower than one-time purchases.
What is a rotating subscription?
A rotating subscription means we select coffees for you as releases change, so you get variety over time at a better price.
Coffee & freshness
Is your coffee roasted fresh?
Yes—every order is roasted fresh to order.
How should I store my coffee?
Keep it sealed in a cool, dry place away from heat, moisture, and direct light.
Support
My order arrived damaged / something is wrong—what should I do?
Send us a message with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll help you resolve it quickly.
Do you accept returns?
Because coffee is a perishable product, we typically can’t accept returns on opened items. If there’s a problem with your order, reach out and we’ll help.
